目前，全国高校正在启动实施“双一流”建设战略，学校也正在谋划一流学科和一流专业建设。为了学习借鉴世界一流大学的教育教学理念和成功经验，5月11日，香港大学计算机科学系许志光教授、姚兆明教授应邀来校为计算机专业和数字媒体专业学生讲授课程，并与学校教师座谈，信息工程学院教师代表和教师教学发展中心教师20余人参加了座谈会。座谈会由教务处副处长王巍主持会议。

教务处副处长（主持工作）李子臣邀请许志光教授、姚兆明教授来校，一是为学校的学生上一堂课，让学生感受香港大学的课堂；二是与北印教师进行交流，了解香港大学的教学管理、教学理念、教学方法和教学技术手段。

座谈会上，许志光、姚兆明同与会教师围绕香港大学教学管理、教学运行、实践教学、毕业设计、课程设置、课堂教学及管理、课程考核、教师评价体系、青年教师培训等诸多方面进行了深入的交流和探讨。通过交流，与会教师一致认为受到很大启发，获益良多。例如教师授课形式多样化，与学生充分互动；为提高课堂教学质量，教学大纲中非重点讲授的内容以作业形式体现，加强课程阶段考核，锻炼学生自主学习的能力；充分利用网络教学平台与学生互动交流；对课程知识掌握不扎实的学生进行课外补习；专职管理人员负责安排学生专业实习，提高实习实践效果；全方位实施教学质量监控，老教师对新进教师进行听课指导，对学生评价低、教学效果不佳的教师进行帮扶提高，安排专职教师对课程体系、课程讲授内容及各门课程之间的关联性进行督查等等。
王巍作总结讲话。香港大学是世界知名大学，生源多元化，生源质量高，教学理念先进，以学生为本，积极开展教育教学改革，教学管理规范有序。我校教师应汲取香港大学先进的教学及教学管理经验，应用于自身教学过程。她同时希望今后北印能和香港大学开展更多的交流和合作，带动学校教学整体水平的提高。

5月11日上午，许志光教授、姚兆明教授为我校计算机科学与技术专业和数字媒体技术专业的学生讲授了《Impact of Public Key Cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure》和《Concept of Public Key Cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure》课程，与学生亲密互动，受到学生的好评。

Dr. Hui is the founder and Honorary Director of the Center for Information Security and Cryptography, and concurrently an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science, The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Hui received his BSc and MPhil degrees in computer science from The University of Hong Kong, and his MSc and PhD degrees in computer science from the University of California, Davis. Besides actively publishing research papers, he is also involved in consultation work in security systems, and in industrial collaboration projects. For instance, he is the Principal Investigator of several applied research projects relating to I.T. security with a total sum of around US$2.5 millions.
Dr. Hui's research interests include information security, authentication services, network security, cryptography, and electronic commerce. He is a senior member of IEEE.
姚兆明教授
Dr. Yiu received a BSc in Computer Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a MS in Computer and Information Science from Temple University, and a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong. He received two research output prizes, one from the department in 2013 and one from the faculty in 2006. He was selected for Outstanding Teaching Award by the University in 2009, the Teaching Excellence Award in the Department in 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2010. He also received the Best Teacher Award of the Faculty of Engineering twice (2005 and 2009). Before he joined the Department as a faculty member, he has worked as an Analyst Programmer for a couple of years.
